Pretty Little Liars Tag

Hey Guys! So my blog roll kinda ended but I felt ready to blog again today so here we are! I've been feeling really down lately but I'm on new medication and I'm feeling much more positive and better in my head :) I really wanted to do my MCM Comic Con Haul today but I didn't have the pictures ready so I thought that this would do. I only recently got into Pretty Little Liars, at the beginning of the year, thanks to Netflix! I've now seen all the episodes and it is really good, so I looked for a tag since my last TV show tag for Once Upon a Time did really well :)

WARNING - THIS POST WILL CONTAIN HUGE SPOILERS FROM ALL SEASONS!

1 – Who is your favourite liar?  

I love all the girls but my favourite has to be Hanna. She just makes me laugh with her funny comments to alot of the tense situations. She also reminds me of myself in that she generally does/says things with thinking properly first, which can sometime backfire. 

 2 – Who is your favourite couple?

I actually love two of the couples. The first is 'Spoby', which is Spencer and Toby, because they have been through some much for Toby's beginning, his family, being on the A Team and Spencer's addictions, crazy life and her family, they have pulled through even through the tough times and are such a cute couple! My other favourite is 'Haleb', which is Hanna and Caleb. I think I love their relationship so much because they test each other so much and push each others buttons but inside they truly love each other and wanna protect each other. 

3 –  If you could have anyone’s wardrobe, whose would it be?

I'd LOVE some of Hanna's wardrobe! I love the elegant, classy look she had in the beginning to the edgy rocker clothes she wears. I also love alot of Aria's clothes but I don't think they would suit me much! 

 

4 – What is your favourite episode?

Wow I have quite a few favourite episodes..so here we go! My first has to be 1x01 (Pilot) as it's the first episode and it got me so hooked. You meet all the girls and the mystery starts.

2x12 (Over My Dead Body) I loved how each the girls had a task to do so that they could save Dr Sullivan. Emily sees Ali in a dream state and they end up being caught by the cops again. 

2x13 (The First Secret) This is probably one of my top favourites as I loved it! I love how it went back in time and we see Ali experiencing 'A' for the first time and it's super creepy. 

2x24 (If These Dolls Could Talk) This one was alot like episode 12 that I loved as they each had a task to do and it got really creepy in the doll shop..

3x12 (The Lady Killer) I wasn't a massive fan of the Maya storyline but this episode was explosive and creepy...I hated Nate!

3x13 (This Is a Dark Ride) I wasn't expecting too much from this episode and it was all set on a Halloween train with the girls but hell it was one CRAZY train ride!

4x12 (Now You See Me, Now You Don't) I felt so sad when Hanna's mum was arrested and I thought this episode was slow but creepy and the big Ezra reveal at the end was crazy!!

4x13 (Grave New World) This was another action packed episode, I found Ravenswood way to creepy and I hate gas masks and there was a person walking around creepy everyone out! And then Ali appears!! WHAT!?

5x24 (I'm a Good Girl, I Am) This episode was actually kinda emotional as you really saw a different side to Ali, she is actually scared.

I didn't include any of the premieres or finales as they are all on my list as they are generally my favourites from every season. I think my favourites are The First Secret, Welcome to the Dollhouse and Game on Charles. 

5 – Who is your favourite PLL parent?

Ella, Aria's Mum, I feel she is a great character and I liked her wedding storyline and I just feel she needs more storylines and screentime. I also loved the Mum's scene in Season 6, when they all got together! 

6 – What is your favourite message received from A?

Again I have a few...

‘I’m still here, bitches. And I know everything -A’ (pilot)

It's not over until I say it is. Sleep tight while you still can Bitches. -A  (for whom the bells tolls)

Mona played with dolls. I play with body parts. Game on, bitches. –A. (it happened that night)

7 – What has been the biggest shocking moment for you? 

Since I was so late to watch the show I already knew that Mona was the first A and thanks to a spoiler on facebook I knew Cece was A too, which kinda ruined some of the tension from the episodes but the biggest shock for me was probably Ezra's secret book project. I had NO idea about that and I just thought 'OMG What the Hell?!'. 

8 - Were you happy with the A reveal in the finale?

As I said above, I already knew who A was and I felt they took it is a interesting direction. I felt Cece was odd for the moment we met her and she was my guess along with Wren..he was just creepy! I would never have guessed the story that Cece had and I think it was different and they could alot with it if they decide to. I'm glad that the A storyline is over now though as Season 6 about the same thing sometimes dragged abit. 

Before I finished my favourite scene in the whole show has to be Hanna's dance routine, if you have not seen you need to..it's literally me!

My Little Pony SDCC News!

Hey Guys! So the San Diego Comic Con (SDCC) is going on right now and that means loads of new news for some many fandoms including My Little Pony and Equestria Girls. The main panel for the show was yesterday and we got some great news and new clips so I'm going to share them all here and give my opinions. 

Since I'm using new information about upcoming episodes, seasons and movies, this post is 

FULL OF SPOILERS!! I WARNED YOU!

So I'm gunna start of with my opinions on the notes that were given first :)

 

• Today's episode starts with Rainbow Power and Luna going Nightmare Moon Mode - I'm so excited, it sounds epic!

• Every season they try to push flash further and further as their equipment and skills improve. They always challenge themselves to make the episodes more awesome. - I already think that the animation is amazing and I'm excited to see how much better they can make it :)

• Excellent dialogue between Lyra and Bonbon (Ashleigh Ball and Andrea Libman). Lyra jealous of Bonbon staring at Applejack - This sounds super interesting..more Lyra and Bonbon?

• Awesome animatic with a song from Lena Hall played - We got a clip of this and it's breathtaking..more about that later ;)

• Fluttershy has a brother. We will see him soon! - WTF?! What is with all these ponies keeping family member a secret for ages..it's Season 5 and we haven't even heard of Fluttershy's brother?! She has beat Twilight on who can keep their brother a secret the longest ;)

•  Apple Family stuff on the way, with Hearthswarming Eve episode on the way for it. - I LOVE the Apple Family so I'm really excited for this and I loved the last Heathswarming Eve episode so this should be great :)

• Season 6 currently being recorded - YAY MORE PONIES!

•  You may see a return of a villain or two, but not in the way we think. - Damn..so secretive! I have no clue what this could have to do with but it sounds EPIC!

• Jayson is currently working on the movie - join the hype train for the movie!

• New character coming: Orchard Blossom. Meghan thinks shes hilarious. - I'm really excited for this! I love new characters especially funny ones ;)

• Starlight Glimmer is coming back! - OMG WTF?! I knew she was gunna come back but now I'm really scared...she creeps me out so badly!

Now onto some of the questions from the Q & A, that I found the most interesting :)

•  Q: Will Gilda come back in season 6?
   A: Lets just worry about season 5! - OMG MORE POSSIBLE GILDA, YES!! 

• Q: What season are the CMC Getting their cutie marks?
  A: When they deserve them. They asked if they want them to get their marks, and all the kids said yes. - HURRY UP AND GET THEM ALREADY..IT'S KILLING ME!

•  Q: Are they going to involve Pinkie pies sister in any other big episodes?
  A: Maud and all the pies are coming. - AHAA! YAY, I LOVE THE PIE FAMILY! WAY TO HYPED FOR THIS!!

• Q: Are we going to run into the original sunset shimmer human?
  A: Perhaps. - THIS MAKES ME WAY TO EXCITED FOR THE FUTURE!

• Q: Are we ever going to see more sons based on other musicals?
  A: They take a lot of inspiration from everything music wise. They keep trying new things. He thinks we will be happy. Frozen vibes on the way.  - IF YOU DON'T KNOW I LOVE FROZEN, SO THIS IS A DREAM COME TRUE! 

• Q: Will there ever be an episode where one of the mane 6 helps a pony out with autism?
  A: They have thought about it. - THIS COULD BE INTERESTING IF IT EVER HAPPENED, COMING FROM A GIRL WITH AUTISM ;)

• Q: Will there be any news about Cadance and Shining having a foal?
  A: A very long maaaybe? What happens in crystal empire stays in crystal empire. - THIS NEEDS TO HAPPEN, IT WOULD BE WAY TO CUTE!!

•  Q: What would happen to each of the mane 6 if the rainboom didn't happen?
  A: Wait for the finale! - I LOVE WHEN PONIES GET ABIT 'MUCKED UP' LIKE RETURN OF HARMONY BUT THIS SCARES ME ALOT!

• Q: Are we ever going to find out everyone's greatest fear?
  A: They have a fun episode coming up about being afraid of things, showing what each of the characters find scary. - I'M WAY TO OVER EXCITED ABOUT THIS BUT IT SOUNDS AWESOME!

• Q: Will any new characters be introduced to Twilight and the Mane 6?
  A: Of course! - YAY MORE NEW CHARACTERS TO LOVE..AND HATE ;)

• Q: Will they bring Sunset Shimmer back into the pony world?
  A: They have played around with the idea. Maybe! - OMG PONY SUNSET SHIMMER, YES!

• Q: Is Discord going to appear in Equestria Girls?
  A: You will see! - THIS WOULD BE AWESOME!

Now onto the best bits, THE NEW CLIPS! 

So these clips are only drawn at the moment but they look and sound amazing.

First up we have the Season 5 Finale Sneak Peek! 

OMG I'M SO EXCITED BUT NERVOUS AT THE SAME TIME!!..I'M NERVOUSCITED ;) 

Anyway, I cannot wait for this finale as it just looks amazing from this 2 minute clip. I knew Starlight Glimmer would be back but she creeps me out more this time than in the premiere..she just seems more evil..and her plans scare me.. 

During the Q & A, someone asked what would happen if the rainboom never happened that originally connected them all and gave them all their cutie marks..and the answer was wait till the finale, so I'm way to excited! The first thing that pops into my mind is Time Travel as we have seen it's possible in 'It's About Time' and it would explain why Twilight is giving a lecture at the beginning all about that moment. The theme this season is Cutie Mark Magic so that would also make sense. I'm really excited for this finale and it kind of feels like Magical Mystery Cure if it was done in 2 parts and not as rushed.

So we found out a while ago that Lena Hall was going to feature in an episode of My Little Pony. I didn't know who Lena Hall was actually until I research and found out she was a Tony Award winning musical actress and now I've heard this song I can see why, it's breathtaking. During the Q&A, we were told that they had used a Frozen vibe to one of the songs and I feel it's this one as all I can feel is Let it Go. Alot of people are already thinking about who this pony is. My first thought was a celebrity pony who needed help and after reading comments and watching it again I noticed different things. Applejack tears up during the song so she must be a family member or someone extremely close to her as nobody else is crying. People are suggesting it's AJ mum and she was ashamed that her cutie mark wasn't an apple so she ran off and the map calls them to help her but then we see the CMC and I'm not sure why they would be there. I also noticed that when she shows her cutie mark, they is a big light kind of like when we see the Mane 6 get their cutie marks in 'The Cutie Mark Chronicles' so is she an adult blank flank and just gets her cutie mark while singing and accepting who she is?? I'm not sure but either way the song is beautiful and I've heard it over 10 times now. It could be my favourite song of the season..or even the whole show! It just reminded me why I love these little ponies and gave me hope for the future :)

June Favourites

Hey Guys! So I haven't been in the blogging mood the past few weeks but hopefully I can get back on track next month. I haven't done a favourites post since March so I missed two months but felt this was the perfect way to start again and I finally have some new favourites! 

Music

I haven't been loving pop music recently but love Little Mix's new song 'Black Magic'. It's kinda cheesy but cool and sassy at the same time. I feel that it could be in an Equestria Girl, Disney Channel or Disney movie as I feel it has that feel to it. As I'm writing this I'm actually listening to it. I'm super tempted to try and make a PMV to it with the Equestria Girls ;) I also like John Newman's new song ' Come and Get It', that's extremely catchy and Chris Brown's new song ' Five More Hours' is literally gunna be my Summer anthem. I've also listening to some of the scores from MLP especially this one, you should totally check it out :)

Movie

The Duff is my number one movie right now, it kinda reminded me of a re-vamped version of Mean Girls as we now have social media, which plays a big part. I thought Mae Whitman did an amazing job at Bianca and she made me laugh alot. I related alot to the movie and I think alot of other teens will especially older teens, who have really experienced high school..even if your like me and left at some point..you know what a hell it really is ;) I also finally watched The Hobbit..I know I'm seriously late to the party..but I really enjoyed it and can't wait to see the second one :)

I'm really excited for some upcoming movies like Minions, Inside Out and Spy! 

Book

So I recently got the new Equestria Girls book based on Rainbow Rocks called The Mane Event. I was waiting for this book as I loved the movie and I prefer the books based on the movies even though the one before based on the shorts was cool too. I haven't read it all yet but it seems good. There are some changes to the story and added speech at points but there always is and sometimes I prefer it and think why didn't the put that in the movie?! Anyway, I recommend it :) I also read the third book in the Rainbow Rock series called Sunset Shimmer's Time to Shine and that was pretty good too. I overall really like the MLP/EG books :)

TV

 So I finally decided to give Pretty Little Liars a try yesterday after hearing loads about it for years. I know I'm really late and by the time I finish all 6 seasons, it probably will have finished as I know Season 7 is the last but I really wanted to watch it at some point and at last I won't have to wait for any episodes ;) I generally know if I like something if the first or second episode hooks me and this did. I've binged watched all today and now I'm on Season 1 Episode 12. I'm super excited, but no spoilers please! I'm also watching Big Brother at the moment and boy it's CRAZY! Oh and of course I'm loving Season 5 of MLP, new episode tomorrow and I'm excited :)

Toy

I was super lucky and when I went shopping the other day I found the new Equestria Girls: Friendship Games dolls! They just came out and I have been waiting for them since I started collecting and heard about the movie. I really want Rainbow Dash and Sunset Shimmer, who sit on a massive motorbike. They didn't have either of those but they did have some of the school spirit dolls so I got Pinkie. I really love her outfit and really that the design has got much better from the first dolls even the face is more detailed. A full review should be coming soon with some other dolls I managed to finally pick up :)

App/Website

 Since I got the Friendship Games Pinkie, I decided to try out Hasbro's newest edition, the Equestria Girls app. The app lets you explore Canterlot High and meet all the Equestria Girls. You make your own Equestria Girls and explore the school. The girls asks you to do tasks that really follow out the stories from the 1st and 2nd movies. I thought that is was a really decent game and they could have easily expanded it and made it a 3DS game or something as it reminded me of an old HSM game about the 2nd movie. The special thing about this app is that you can scan the little necklace that comes on your doll and they will appear in your game. I tried this with Pinkie and it worked extremely easily with no hassle, I was impressed. The only downfall with the game is that I thought it would be this long on going game with tons of requests but it isn't you play out some tasks for the 1st and 2nd movie like going to Fall Formal and Battle of the Bands and then it's over, it just takes you back to the beginning. I hope they update the app soon with more tasks from maybe videos, shorts or even the next movie to really make it fun.

I decided to leave out gaming this month as I haven't really been playing much so it felt kinda pointless. I hope you liked my June Favourites and I hope to post more really soon :) I'm currently uploading alot of my PMVs on youtube so be sure to check them out and subscribe!

My Little Pony Season 5 Cutie Map Review and More!

Hey lovelies! So it's been a few days since I last posted and so much has happened..and by so much I mean MY LITTLE PONY SEASON 5 STARTED!!!!! I will be posting the last part of my haul and lots of Disney related content super soon but I'm just really obsessed and loving MLP right now plus some random news literally comes out everyday! Anyway..do you like my plain banner..I don't..but I felt I needed a plain banner for the pony, who is featured, Starlight Glimmer as she just represents dull colours like black and grey ;) I'm going to be doing a short review on what I thought of the Season Premiere and also share some of my recent edits and videos that I love! The review will include spoilers but nothing that you can't see on the promos and trailers :)

So finally Season 5 started on Saturday and it was AWESOME! First things first..is this episode called Cutie Map or Cutie Markless?! It was Cutie Markless originally but apparently got changed...? Anyway, I had high expectations since they promos and sneak peeks looked so good and I was impressed. I love the main villain character, Starlight Shimmer as she is just so edgy and different to the normal random monster that wants to take over all of Equestria..don't get me wrong though, I LOVE Discord! She intrigued me but at the same time I totally hated her guts since she was messing with my little ponies..which just isn't cool! I felt she was less loveable that some of the past villains such as Discord as she didn't have a good quality as such, for example..Discord is HILARIOUS! I love the song that was featured as it did what is was meant you do, which was totally creep you out. I think the lyrics were perfect but super weird, for instance ' You can't have a nightmare, if never dream', creepy or what!? 

I loved seeing all the ponies back together and I felt that the personalities were on point especially Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash. The episodes did have some great laughs in, just like usual and it was extremely entertaining. I feel that we are going to see Starlight Glimmer again at some point and I can't wait!

To celebrate the beginning of Season 5..I've made some edits with some of my favourite parts from premiere! I still have a few edits to go from other parts but I couldn't make too many! I've recently got into this whole editing photo thing so expect alot of disney and mlp edits :')

 So I was browsing Youtube and found out that there are these pony videos called PMVs, and they are AWESOME! I decided to pick some of my favourites, here you :)

I also found these EPIC memoir videos for Season 1 to 4. I love them all and they are all totally awesome! 

And then earlier today, my family were talking about apples..don't ask why! Anyway..we talked about different apples like Granny Smith, Golden Delicious and Braeburn, and all I could think about was..plus I tried apple pie and totally loved it...trying apple pie and referencing my little pony is the highlight of my day..oh such a life ;)

I swear it's taken over my whole life! Whenever something happens or someone does something like one of the ponies it just reminds me of them! Me and Mum even have a code when we are reminded by something from MLP, we just look at each other and say the character name, it's crazy!!

Anyway, that was a LONG post but I hope you enjoyed my pony mania post! I hope to try and do a short review every week from the previous episode :)
